An organisational chart of the Registrar's Office describes the Divisions and their operating sections.

The Office is responsible for a wide range of University policies and procedures, from University Planning to detailed administrative procedures relating to academic and research programmes and student matters.

Comprehensive links to those policies and procedures are provided via the Staff home page and in those of the eight Divisions.

The Registrar's Office has a Strategic and Operational Plan which comprises an overview of its activities and operating environment, its main goals and objectives, and its operational planning priorities, compiled for each Division.

The Office operates under a set of Administrative Policies and Procedures which guide its planning, budget and internal management practices.
